Requirements:

  • Experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of building and scaling distributed applications.
  • Experience with system architecture and making architectural trade-offs.
  • Ability to develop and deliver scalable, high-volume, user-centric applications.
  • Experience with code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration practices.
  • Strong technical leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working across multiple teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
